You will be able to book your lessons as long as one month in advance.
What happens if there are technical issues during the lesson?
If there are technical issues during the lessons, we have a 24-hour support team who will try and resolve them.
If it is a separate issue with your PC, Apple or Android device we will try to assist you as best we can via Skype or email.
If there is a problem with our system, we will arrange a free lesson at another time.
We highly recommend that you test your system thoroughly before each class (headset/microphone speakers/ internet connection).
How do I pay for my lessons?
You can pay using Pay Pal or any credit card on our Book a lesson page.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
Absolutely. We don’t store your credit card details on our site. We use a payment processor called PayPal. They are PCI compliant and are used by some of the most famous companies in the world, such as BBC Shop, Kaspersky and eBay.
Can I reschedule my lessons?
Yes, you can, but we require 24 hours (and preferably more) notice.

Will I get a refund if I cancel a lesson?
You will not be refunded for cancelled lessons, but you can agree with your teacher to have the lesson rescheduled for you.
What if I will no show up for a class?
Your teacher will be waiting for you for the entire duration of the lesson.
You will not be refunded in a case of no-show.
The teacher will be paid as if the lesson were conducted.
What if the teacher will not show up for the class?
Although this is almost impossible at English Matrix, some power outage or internet shortage might occur unexpectedly just before the lesson. Then, we will try everything possible to get in touch with you to let you know what the problem is.
In such a case, your lesson will be rescheduled by teacher-student agreement.
